Venectasias can be teleangiectasias, varicosities and hemorrhoids. The venectasias are most significant venous pathology, which is directly connected with thrombogenesis due to impared rheology of blood in the changed vessel wall. In this mean the venous pathology is the most important for the health of people, but the most dangerous venectasias are esphageal varices. The incidence of infarcts and insults strongly correlate with the presence of venectasias. Different conservative ways of  varicous treatment exist.

I report about full retraction of prolabing hemorrhoids and varicosities only with the use of combination of different tannins. The clinical observation shows phenomenal retraction of varosities when patients use two type of plant tannins, phenols and flavonoids, these of Geranium macrorrhizum L. and Rhamnus frangula L. These substances obtain strong and sinergic astringent action upon vessel wall resulting to longitudinal and lumenal vessel contraction. After treatment for 20-40 days complete resorption of varicosities is observed.

Extracts of Geranium macrorhizum (root) and Rhamnus frangula (fruit)  in combination have strong therapeutic effect upon hemorrhoids and teleangiectasias at oral administration. Arachnoid teleangiectasias as a result of venous insufficiency disapear completely.

This is the first anouncement for the effective application of Geranium"s root extracts containing tannins, phenols and flavonoids together with Frangula fruit tannins for deffinitive cure of hemorrhoids and other venectasias.
